I bought two packs of photo paper totaling 100 pieces. I have taken out 50 photos and all of them have white margins either on the side and or on the bottom. the printer has the latest drivers, the computer too, because I'm priniting without white fields. when will your company listen to this big problem with the printer and solve it finally.

HP Recommended 
I want to add that this also happens on the SMART app and the old software downloaded from the site. I had a CANON printer that never gave me such problems. I am considering taking the printer back to the store. those white fields are disgusting
