Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the print quality when printing from an Android.

Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you -

1) What app are you printing from?

2) Does this happen with all the documents?

Let's try these steps -

Step 1 Restart your phone.

Step 2 Update your phone -

1) Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
2) Open Settings.
3) Select About Phone.
4) Tap Check for Updates.

If the issue still persists, try re-installing the app that you are printing from.

Let me know how that goes.

Have a great day ahead 🙂

thanks for trying to help me,

the Samsung phone has HP print service as the only app for printing to

the Officejet PRO 8710 printer via ATT router,

I tried printing an email, or attachment only, or WORD file from it's internal storage.

We don't print much but it seems like the first copy to print is burred beyond use and when I reprint, it is ok.

Since I signed up for instant ink service, it's costing me money for extra copies printed ?

@EDO2018,

It looks like you were interacting with @asmita6658, but he is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out,

After reviewing your post thoroughly, I understand you're having issues while making a first copy and this in turns eating up your monthly pages. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

As these are to do with the Instant ink cartridges, I would need to know few details regarding your instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,

Regards,
