Most context (details) are missing from your request - for example, you do not tell us your printer, the operating system or version you are running, which application you are using.

Web services is used to connect your printer to the Internet.

The service is used with ePrint, Instant Ink.

General Answer

The mention of using Web services implies you might be using ePrint.

Not sure whether the "an wanted printing" refers to an unwanted user or an unwanted application.

Unwanted "user", that is, an email address for which you do not wish to grant access to ePrint, is handled in your HP Connected account > ePrint Access
