I can see my printer in the HP Print Service plugin if I launch the plugin directly from my home screen.  However, when printing a document the printer is not listed.  If I click "add printer" and then select the HP Print Service plugin (or built in Android Print Service plugin) I add the IP address (as indicated by the print report test page) but I get an error that the printer cannot be found.  I can print from other device but not my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with Android Version 12

Reset the network settings on the phone and then try connecting.
