Currently, I am receiving confirmation that the ePrint was received and prepared for printing (P1606 dn).  Is it possible to receive confirmation that the ePrint job was not only received, but printed?

@Jeffcanuck

Thank you for responding,

It's great to have you back 😉

You could try these steps:

  • Go to HP Connected account and
  • Select your device,
  • Click Settings,
  • Click Access tab,
  • Check ePrint Notifications.

Let me know how this goes,

Cheers!

TY for the response.  When I log into my hp connected account, my printers screen populates and has a picture of the printer.  my choices are ePrint access (to block or allow email addresses from sending print jobs) / eprint address (to change email address for the printer) & ePrint preferences (plain paper or photo and 1sided or 2).  I cannot access the device nor settings.

I am responding on behalf of @Flower_Bud as she is out for the day. It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.

Please let me know the email address you want to change on the HP connected account and I will get it changed from the backend.

Please send the information in a private message.

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Thank you for the response.  What I am trying to do, if possible, is to update the notification from ePrint job received, to ePrint job printed.

@Jeffcanuck

Thanks for responding,

We do not have an option to change the settings to update the notification from ePrint job received, to ePrint job printed.
