You could try these steps:
- Go to HP Connected account and
- Select your device,
- Click Settings,
- Click Access tab,
- Check ePrint Notifications.

TY for the response. When I log into my hp connected account, my printers screen populates and has a picture of the printer. my choices are ePrint access (to block or allow email addresses from sending print jobs) / eprint address (to change email address for the printer) & ePrint preferences (plain paper or photo and 1sided or 2). I cannot access the device nor settings.

We do not have an option to change the settings to update the notification from ePrint job received, to ePrint job printed.
