If the printer is on the network, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to configure / manager your printer.

 

If your Scan-to-Email already contains your Profile, that profile can be edited to update your current gmail password.

 

NOTE that updating the password within Scan-to-Email cannot be used to actually change your gmail password - channging the password for your gmail account must be done on your gmail login.

 

 

Partial Example - Edit Scan-to-Email Profile  (Reminder:Your setup may not look exactly like the sample)

 

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Scan > Topic Scan to Email > Sub-section: Outgoing Email Profiles
