Hi,

When trying to print images or documents from my iphone the colour print option does not show up. Every time I try to print, my printer 2677 deskjet advantage ink only shows black & white printing option. Colour option does not appears. I tried every option shown on the hp help portal and even on youtube still nothing helps. when i hit the printer colour xerox copy option, it prints in colour but its only when I sending print option from my phone or laptop as part of share > print the colour print option is completely missing. any help pls!

It sounds frustrating to deal with printing issues like this! Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem with your HP DeskJet 2677 printer:
 

1. Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer settings on your iPhone or laptop are set to color printing. Sometimes, the default setting might be black & white.
  • On your iPhone, go to the print dialog and look for an option to select color printing.


2. Update Printer Drivers:

  • Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.


3. HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to diagnose and fix any issues. You can download it from HP's website

 

4. Reset Printer Settings:

  • Sometimes resetting the printer settings can help. You can do this by turning off the printer, unplugging it for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in and turning it on.


5. Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Uninstall the printer software from your devices and reinstall it. This can sometimes resolve issues with missing options
