I have an HP OFFICEJET PRO 9013 printer and while I have activated the eprint and web interface I put the claim code but it says server error, we will try later. I also try to log in to my HP account from the HP SMART application but it gets stuck in the redirect.

It could be that the HP server is busy or under maintenance. Kindly wait for 24-48hrs and try again.
if the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in these documents - Cannot Connect to Web Services and Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer?

i can connect to remote printer just for HP SMART but older I could and out of application with mobile data by right-clicking - print. For some days now, it has not been able to find the remote printer out of application

HP does not recommend the use of a Hotspot connection. Kindly connect the printer to a personal wireless router.
Also, try the steps mentioned in my previous post.

As mentioned, kindly connect the printer to a personal wireless router to resolve this issue.
The Hotspot connection will not work.
Reinstall the HP Smart app from Play Store.
