Hi @kanayalal

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems you're having trouble turning on ePrint on your HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw printer. If the printer's screen is loading but you can't get ePrint enabled, here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Steps to Turn On ePrint:

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure your printer is connected to the internet. For ePrint to work, your printer needs to be connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
  • You can check your printer's network connection through the printer's control panel. Go to Wireless Settings and ensure it is connected to your Wi-Fi network.

2. Perform a Power Cycle

  • Turn off your printer, wait for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
  • This can sometimes resolve minor glitches in the printer’s software or connectivity.

3. Access the Printer’s Eprint Settings

  • On the printer’s control panel, press the ePrint button or navigate to Setup > Network > Web Services.
  • If the screen is stuck at the loading stage, you can try pressing the cancel button to exit and retry the process.

4. Reset Network Settings (If Needed)

If the printer has difficulty connecting to the internet, you may need to reset the network settings:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup > Network > Restore Network Defaults.
  • After resetting, reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

5. Enable Web Services

If you can access the Web Services Settings but ePrint is still not working, try the following:

  • Select Enable Web Services from the menu.
  • This will enable ePrint and assign an email address to your printer, which you can use to send documents for printing remotely.

I hope this helps.
