Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!
- How is the printer connected? Is it a Wired connection(USB/Ethernet) or Wireless?
- Do you have any security software installed on the PC?
Let's try running the HP Print and Scan Doctor, it may fix the issue.
- Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
- Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer.
- If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry.
- If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in the tool.
Let me know if this helps.

I have already tried the HP Dr several times, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Operating on windows 10. We have this problem since we first purchased the printer last year around this time and we ended up paying around $250 to get HP to get it to work and then in the middle of our season we had to call back and have them fix it again... now our mulch season has begun and printer will not work again.

Do you have any security software/antivirus installed on your PC?
If so, try disabling the security software for a few minutes and check if you can use the printer.
Also, try this:
- On the printer control panel touch the wireless icon
- Obtain the IP address of the printer
- Open any web browser like Google Chrome, Firefox or any other browser.
- Type the printer IP address into the Internet browser address line, and then press Enter to open the printer EWS.
- If a website security certificate displays, click Continue to access the EWS page.
- Go to the 'Tools' menu and print a self-test page.
- Check if it prints.
Let me know what happens.
