Hi,

It seems HP web application has a problem in the ePrint Access section for the Allowed list.

Cleaning the browser cache did not help.

@Shayan-S, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with the ePrint Access section on the HP web application. Since clearing the browser cache did not resolve the problem, let's follow the necessary steps to troubleshoot this further.

Verify Printer Web Services are Enabled:

On your printer’s control panel, navigate to the Setup or Network menu.

Select Web Services and ensure it’s enabled. If it isn’t, follow the on-screen instructions to enable it.

Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Ensure the ePrint Service is Active:

On the HP Smart website (where you are managing your printer), check that your printer’s Web Services are activated.

If needed, sign out and sign back into your HP account, or remove and re-add your printer.

Review ePrint Settings:

On the page you shared, ensure that you’ve selected the correct access options for ePrint. The issue might be related to the access type (e.g., "Allowed" versus "Blocked").

Try toggling between Allowed and Blocked for ePrint access.

Update the Printer Firmware:

Check for any available updates for your printer. Outdated firmware can cause ePrint issues.

On the printer control panel, navigate to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Update Firmware.

Try the HP App:

If the issue persists, use the HP app to manage your printer settings and perform print jobs. The app can sometimes resolve issues not visible via the web interface.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
