I have been using my HP Officejet Pro 8600 with Google Cloud Print for years.  Recently I tried to print a document and it failed: "Could not deliver print job to printer"

There was no useful information provided in "Advanced Details" of the Google Cloud Print management page (www.google.com/couldprint).

After reading some troubleshooting steps, the suggestion was to un-register the printer in the Google Cloud Print management page (in Chrome) and re-register.  Unfortunately, I cannot register the printer now, because it is not found.

"Looks like there are no devices available to register on the network. If your device is on and connected to the internet, try registering it using instructions in its instruction manual."

I can log into my router and see the printer just fine.  I can print the network test results from the printer just fine.  I can access the printer via local IP just fine.

I have followed all instructions given by HP.  I have verified the printer is on the same network.  I have verified there are no firewall settings blocking it.  I have verified the web services are on (ePrint: On).  I've made sure the firmware on my router and printer are updated.

I have restored to the network defaults and tried to setup ePrint again.  I see the email address associated with this printer.

What further steps do I need to take to resolve this problem?

I just had the same problem.

Turns out my hpconnected.com account had disappeared.  I re-created my account on hpconnected.com, then went to www.google.com/intl/en/cloudprint/learn/setup-hp.html.  The test page didn't work.  Then I toggled ePrint off and on again, then I was able to print.

Same thing just recently happened to me. First I tried to delete my printer from Google Cloud Print and then added it again. Didn't work so I was searching for help and found this post. Went to my printer control panel, turned eprint off then back on again and things started working fine again. Thanks for the help!
