How do you turn off HP ePrint?
This new ePrint + JetAdvantage is not "communicating" and I am not able to print any documents. I want t be able to send a print job to my printer and it prints directly through my home network.
THAT IS ALL!!
Why is this so hard to do??

I understand you have eprint issues with your printer.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Are you able to make a copy of your printer?
Is the web services enabled on your printer?
Please share the operating system you are running on your PC to assist you better.
As you mentioned you have issues printing using eprint you are getting an error not communicating.
Try the steps recommended below to disable e-print services.
On your printer control panel, touch or press the HP ePrint
icon or button, and then touch or press Settings.
If your printer control panel does not have an icon or button, navigate to Web Services Setup, Network Setup, or Wireless Settings to open the Web Services menu, depending on your printer model.
Select Turn Off, Disable, or Remove, depending on your printer model.
Follow the on-screen instructions to turn off Web Services.

Also, Try assigning a manual IP to your printer and check if it helps.
• Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
• Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
• Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
• Click on the radio button which says, “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
• Click on radio button which says, “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)
• Restart the printer and then router once done.
Also, download and run print and scan doctor on your PC.

If the issue still persists uninstall the printer software from root level and install the full feature printer software. (For Windows only)
In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
Select your HP printer.
Select Uninstall.
In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
Click on Drivers tab.
Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
Select OK.
Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
Close Devices and Printers.
