ePrint scale differs from normal print

Just spent over an hour on the phone with HP eprint support.

they acknowledge that this is a flaw in the eprint product.

eprint scales and shrinks everything we send to printers m501 and m404.

apparently, it will not be fixed. ever?

they are literally touting a product that does NOT work as expected.

you send a document to the printer and a different sized document prints out.

why would we purchase printers that do not print the same document in remote locations?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
