Hi @Ash950,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2755e is printing blank pages for emails while printing test pages and other documents fine, it could be due to a few reasons. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Make sure the correct printer is selected as the default printer on your computer.
  • Check the print settings in your email client. Ensure that you're not set to print in a mode that might cause blank pages (like printing only certain colors or in grayscale).

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through the HP Support website or use the HP Smart app.

Print as PDF:

  • Try printing the email as a PDF first. If it prints correctly, then there might be an issue with the email client's printing function.

Check for Background Colors or Images:

  • Some email formats may have background colors or images that don't print correctly. Try printing the email in plain text or change the formatting to see if it resolves the issue.

Change Email Client:

  • If you're using a specific email client (like Outlook, Gmail in a browser, etc.), try printing from a different email client or browser to see if the issue persists.

Use a Different Document:

  • Print a different document or email to see if the issue is specific to that particular email.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your printer and computer. Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve printing issues.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Visit the HP website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
