set up hp 4200 that wifi recognizes but it says no internet connection.I have never been able to connect to wifi/internet. done all the troubleshooting tips. might be that web services needs to be enabled. how do I do that if I cannot connect? all i can find as a solution requires a connection to fix. HELP!!

Click here for network setup using HP Smart but in a different language

Try reset the printer and watch the video to make the router connection. 

A laptops is use but HP Smart on smartphone will work.

 

Otherwise do the  pushbutton setup.

This is useful if there is no modem or you do not want to give someone access to your modem but you want to let them print something.
Simple push button or WPS setup is described on page 11 also.

Let me know if you have a flex system (WiFi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated.
