Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I send a eprint task to my HP Smart Tank 530 printer to the printer's email address I get a print of 25% size of A4 page. I want a full size print on an A4 page.

Hi,

What file do you print?

 

An attache picture will resize to 10 x 15, a picture added to the email body will print at the shown size.

 

HP ePrint is more limited than standard printing, you may find any available settings listed below, see the 'Can I change print settings for an HP ePrint job?' section:
