Product: HP deskjet Plus 4100

Did anyone ever find the solution to this problem when it was posted before. I have the same problem sending eprint documents to my dad's printer. The exact same document sent to my HP printer (different model) prints out full size but on his it prints out at a quarter size. His eyesight is poor and he cannot read it. Because it works on one printer and not another it cannot be anything to do with settings on my mobile phone but I have tried everything with his printer including turning off eprint and turning it back on again. Documents created in word on his laptop print full size, only eprint documents fail to print full size. I reached out to hp support but all they suggested was turning back on again which doesn't work. He has a HP Deskjet Plus 4100 all in one printer. Mine is an HP Photo Envy 6200.

 

Any help to fix this would help me make a 90 year old internet user very happy
