im using an HP Zbook studio g5 mobile workstation and I am facing a freezing issue in the event viewer i see a livekernelevent information where it mentions livekernelevent error 1a8 and 1b8 which seems to be an intel graphic drivers error. I have done a complete reinstall of the drivers using DDU but of no use. Recently I noticed that I face this problem only when the laptop isn't plugged in. And I never face this issue when the laptop is plugged in. Please anyone let me know of any fixes.
