Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

i am not connecting to the server even though i am connected to the hotspot but theres not a web browser to input my username and password......everything says its connected i have a solid blue connected light and i go through the wizard and says its connected but obviously its not because i havent accessed to server so my question is how do i get my printer online so my computer can see the printer   THANKS IN ADVANCE PPL I APPRECIATE IT

Hi,

If you are connected to a network with any web browser authentication, enterprise-level authentication types are not supported by the printer, it supports WEP or WPA wireless authentication and not any WPA Enterprise authentication types.

 

You may use HP Wireless Direct to wirelessly connect the device directly to the printer:

You may also use a USB cable as an alternative.
