Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are facing a print quality issue with your printer.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

May I know the operating system installed on your computer?

Are you able to print from other applications?

 

Recommend you try the steps suggested in this HP Article to understand print settings and improve the print quality.

The printer works fine. This problem occurs when I set the paper size to cheque size which it 2.75 in x 6.75 in.
