Hi @Huda8,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To find the MAC address for your HP Envy 6020e All-in-One printer, you can follow these steps:

1. Print a Network Configuration Page

  • Power on your printer.
  • Load plain paper into the input tray.
  • Press the "Home" button (if available) on the printer’s control panel.
  • Navigate to the "Setup" or "Settings" menu (usually represented by a gear icon).
  • Look for "Reports" or "Network" options.
  • Select "Network Configuration" or "Print Network Configuration". This will print a page containing network details, including the MAC address.

2. Check the Printer’s Control Panel

  • If your printer has a display, you can also navigate through the menus:
  • Go to "Setup" or "Settings".
  • Navigate to "Network" or "Wireless".
  • Look for "View Network Status" or a similar option, where the MAC address should be displayed.

3. Using HP Smart App

  • If you have the HP Smart app installed on your computer or mobile device:
  • Open the app and select your printer.
  • Navigate to the "Printer Settings" or "Network" settings.
  • You should see the MAC address listed there.

4. Router Interface

  • If your printer is connected to your Wi-Fi network, you can also check your router’s interface:
  • Log into your router's admin panel (usually accessed via a web browser by entering the router's IP address).
  • Look for a section labeled "Connected Devices" or "DHCP Client List".
  • Find your printer in the list, and the MAC address will be displayed next to it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
