Hi @KHellen,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To scan double-sided documents using the feeder on your HP 9015e printer with your MacBook Pro, you can follow these steps.

  • Prepare your documents: Organize the double-sided documents you want to scan and remove any staples or clips that might hinder the scanning process.
  • Connect your HP 9015e to your MacBook Pro: Ensure that your HP 9015e printer is connected to your MacBook Pro either via a USB cable, Ethernet cable, or through a wireless network connection.
  • Install HP Easy Scan: If you haven't already installed it, download and install the HP Easy Scan software on your MacBook Pro. You can download it from the HP website or through the Mac App Store.
  • Open HP Easy Scan: Launch the HP Easy Scan application on your MacBook Pro. You can find it in your Applications folder or by searching for it using Spotlight.
  • Select Scan Settings: In the HP Easy Scan window, click on the "Settings" icon to adjust your scanning preferences. Ensure that the scanning settings are configured to scan double-sided documents and that the correct document type and resolution are selected.
  • Load the documents: Open the feeder tray of your HP 9015e printer and place the double-sided documents face-up into the document feeder. Make sure the documents are aligned properly and not skewed.
  • Start scanning: Once your documents are loaded and the settings are configured, click on the "Scan" button in the HP Easy Scan window to start the scanning process. The scanner will automatically feed the documents through and scan both sides.
  • Review and save: After the scanning is complete, review the scanned images in the HP Easy Scan window to ensure that they are clear and legible. You can then save the scanned documents to your desired location on your MacBook Pro.
  • Repeat if necessary: If you have more double-sided documents to scan, repeat the process by reloading the feeder tray with the next set of documents and clicking on the "Scan" button again.
  • Finish and disconnect: Once you have scanned all your documents, close the HP Easy Scan application and disconnect your HP 9015e printer from your MacBook Pro if necessary.

By following these steps, you should be able to easily scan double-sided documents using the feeder on your HP 9015e printer with your MacBook Pro.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
