Hi @hegazy4
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Using your HP printer remotely (from outside your home or office) requires setting up remote printing capabilities. Here are a few methods you can use to print from outside your home or office network:
1. HP ePrint
HP offers a feature called HP ePrint, which allows you to print from anywhere using your email or the HP Smart app. Here’s how to set it up:
Steps to Set Up HP ePrint:
Check if Your Printer Supports HP ePrint:
- Make sure your HP printer supports ePrint. You can check the model’s specifications on the HP website.
Set Up HP ePrint:
- On your printer, go to the Control Panel and find the ePrint option. This may be under Settings or Network Setup depending on your printer model.
- Follow the prompts to activate HP ePrint. You may need to create an HP account if you don’t have one already.
- Once activated, your printer will receive an email address (a unique address assigned to your printer).
Print Remotely:
- From anywhere, simply send an email with the document or photo you want to print as an attachment to your printer’s email address.
- Your printer will automatically print the attachment when it receives the email.
Manage Settings with HP Smart App (Optional):
- You can also use the HP Smart app on your phone or computer to print remotely. Download it from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), or for desktop use, from the HP website.
- The app allows you to connect to your printer, manage printing tasks, and access other features.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
