My printer is showing "JAM IN PRINT PAPER PATH, OPEN DOOR, AND CLEAR JAM"

 

I've done basic troubleshooting (power on & off, checking backdoor, cartridge, imaging drum door, scanner door, even restore defaults & uninstallation & re-installation of the software) but still, the same error message is occurring. Sometimes it says "PAPER JAM ON CARTRIDGE AREA", I also checked the cartridge area, but now even the cartridge is not moving. You know when you will change the cartridges, it should move to the front, but on my printer, it's not working. 

 

P.S. I can still scan & fax, but printing & copying it's not working.

Hi Sizzlingsum_13,

 

I already did basic trouble shooting, like checking jammed paper on back door, scanning area, in cartridge, there is no paper jammed. I turned the device off & on & I also restored factory setting & NVRAM Initialization. Still paper jam message occurs. And the cartridges is not moving.

 

Please help.

I understand that the above steps didn't resolve the issue, it seems to be a hardware issue with the printer.
