I now got a useless HP printer.
We only use it for E-print and Status is ready for print but nothing prints.
I am sure this is due to print getting stuck in queue we used to see in history where we used to delete troublesome prints.
How do we do that now?
Can anyone at HP delete troublesome print job?
Regular HP support is not able to help and refer to this forum….
We need a solution asap.

Hi
I use a HP Designjet T520 printer. I gave a eprint job.
The jobs were printing, but when i wanted to search for the print history in the HP connected site.. i don;t see that anywhere in the UI. I had logged into Hpconnected site. I chose the printer. but i do not see the history
Can you please let me know where else i can see the eprint history
regards

Read all of the history above. HP ePrint Print History has been temporarily removed due to a security related flaw. HP intends on returning the availability, but no other updates have been provided. To my knowledge, there is no way to show/see your ePrint history at this time. According to what I have read, you should see an error if a print job fails, but this has not been confirmed.

I do not believe that error messages are generated any longer when a document fails to print. HP Connected looks like it tells you whether a particular printer is working, but I don't trust that either. HP has done an unusually poor job -- even for HP, and that's saying something -- informing users about exactly what the discontinuation of these services entails. And if or whether the services will be reinstated in some form, more secure or whatever. HP used this system as a selling point for its machines. One would have thought they might have enough resources to support the product properly.

What is the point of telling people to go to the my printers page to click on the eprint history button when it is no longer there. This and the fact that I cannot print from my ipad or iPhone means that my printer is a useless piece of junk. I dont know whether its Apple or HP but they need to talk to each other and resolve this.

I have reached this thread because I was looking for the ePrint history. It is 10th April 2018 and the ePrint history is still not available. I have problems printing using ePrint and I wanted to take a look at the queue. All the video and websites that I consulted show me how to take a look at the "Collections" and the "ePrint history".
E.g.
https://www.hpconnected.com/cms/HPC/printhistory/
So what's the deal? Or is this ePrint history not available in all countries because I get to see a localized version of the HP Connected website (Belgium + Dutch).

I also still miss this History option. When will it be back ?
We get no error message when print is not passed through to E-printer.
We can't delete print in queue.
What is HP doing here.....
If you wan't to sell E-print as a funcion then it should work and we should be able to manage problems.
We are stuck here.

I also miss the print history & jobs log.
It is still unavailable.
A partial solution for me is to use an HP printer with Google Cloud Print.
This way Google Cloud Print shows the: print history, if the printer is online or not, and jobs pending.
It does mean sending docs and email to google drive and gmail but is a resonable workaround.
