Product: hp envy 7640 e

It's been a while since I used it last, but I was unable to print from an email sent to the email address assigned to my hp envy 7640 e printer.  Opening the WEB Services settings page returns this error: The printer could not connect to Web Services. 
Web Services might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later.  Does HP still support WEB services for hpeprint.com?  If not, is there a replacement for this service I can use in my hp envy 7640 e printer?
