Ho Una stampante HPofficejet 4500g510g,
per la prima volta ho usato le stesse cartucce Originali ma ricaricate ....
MENTRE esegue l'allineamento ..lampeggia il pulsante; sul Display Appare Che sta esguendo l'allineamento MA e ferma .... non fa niente!
Ho provato ha resettarla ..... iniziando Tariffa Una focopia , Appare sul display '' in copia '' ma non lo fa .....
riceve i Comandi dal calcolatore, ma non li esegue ....
E 'da 4 anni Che C'è l'ho, quindi senza Assistenza ....
non so Cosa fare Posso ....

So you're using HP Original cartridges on your Officejet 4500. Have you tried cleaning the cartridge contacts and the contacts on the printer?

Una stampante o HPofficejet 4500g510g, per la prima volta ho usato le stesse cartucce ricaricate originali ma .... mentre si allinea ..lampeggia il pulsante; Ciò che appare sul display è esguendo MA allineamento e ferma .... non fa nulla! Ho provato a resettare ha ..... A partire focopia tasso, appare sul display '' copia '', ma non farlo ..... Egli riceve i comandi dalla calcolatrice, ma non li eseguo ... . E 'da 4 anni che ci sono, quindi senza l'assistenza .... non so cosa posso fare ....

A printer or HPofficejet 4500g510g,
for the first time I used the same cartridges refilled Originals but ....
WHILE aligns ..lampeggia the button; What appears on the display is esguendo alignment MA and firm .... does nothing!
I tried to reset it has ..... A starting rate focopia, appears on the display '' copy '' but does not do it .....
He receives commands from the calculator, but do not execute them ....
E 'from 4 years What There have, so without assistance ....
I do not know what I can do ....

You are a valued HP customer and we appreciate you greatly for doing business with HP. I have reviewed the situation and it is paramount that we address your issue.
Thank you for giving us the privilege to assist you on this platform. You’ve done some smart and awesome diagnosis also. Kudos to you for that.
First off for better clarity and to assist you better, I would require more information.
- Do you see any lights on the printer like the power light, Wi-Fi light or a display on the control panel?
- Do you see any error messages on the control panel?
For a start, if there are no lights on the printer, please perform a hard reset from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-4510-all-in-one-printer-series/7588794/model/7709715/do... and check if this does the trick for you.
Please perform only these steps mentioned in step1 from this link. If it does not fix the issue, then the printer has a hardware issue. Please contact HP phone support to get the printer replaced or upgraded.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number, Case number and phone number appear.
They will be happy to assist you immediately. If the unit is under warranty repair services is taken care of by the manufacturer’s warranty
