Hi I just purchased a new HP all-in-one printer I'm not able to change the ePrint email address that they assign to it the HP I just got rid of I was able to personalize the ePrint address is anyone else having this problem cuz I don't like there email name

To change the address you log into hpsmart.com and then click on printers on the left hand side and wait for the system to show your printers. Clicked the arrow which will show a dropdown with "manage my printer settings"

Then enter the email address you want to use.
