i don't understand why i have to go to the internet when i'm only setting up an officejet pro 8025e USB printer using the quick setup drivers. i should be able to set it up locally without the internet being needed.  i even chose the "off-line" driver but was still directed to the internet at some point during the installation.

To install or add a wired or local printer
On the taskbar, select the Search icon, type Printers in the search bar, and then select Printers & scanners from the search results to open the Printers & scanners system setting.
Next to Add a printer or scanner, select Add device.
