mime cast is stopping my email i haven't had a mime cast account and don't want one

my printer hp envy 4500 printed a letter from mimecast telling me they are holding my printing i dont have a minecast account so i cant log in the only reason i have this service is because my printer wont print wirelessly i have to email to
