HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer will not respond to turning off after pressing the end button.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.
I see you the power button on the printer is not responding. Happy to help.
Do you have a surge protector connected to the printer power cord?
Recommend you to do a hard reset on the printer.
Disconnect the power cord and remove the battery if connected (some models come with a battery)
Leave the printer idle for a minute.
Connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet.
Turn the printer On, wait for the printer to stabilize.
After a couple minutes, press the power button to turn the printer Off.
If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service options.
Also, refer this article for assistance. Although the article is for printer not turning On, the procedure to test the power module is the same for the printer not turning off as well.
