My printer is fine, driver installed, printing test pages, however, it is not printing any Word document from my Laptop at all while it is printing fine from my Mobile or iPad. I tried to remove/re-install the driver several times but problem exists.

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
Since you are able to print from your mobile and iPad, it could be an issue with the printer software and driver installed on your computer. Use the method below to remove all existing printer software and driver from your computer:
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once the printer software driver is removed, download and install the printer software and driver available here.

It looks like you were interacting with @senan6806, but he is out for the day & I'll be glad to help you out.
I'm Raj1788 & I'm at your service.
As the printer is working fine with your mobile and iPad that could be a driver issue or make sure you have selected the printer as the default printer
Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same network.
Follow the below steps that could resolve the issue.
Step 1: Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor specifically created to help with printer offline conditions.
-
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
-
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
-
If your printer in not in the list, turn it off and on, and then click Retry.
-
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
-
-
If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
-
If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
-
Try to print. If the printer remains offline, continue to the next step.
Step 2: Manually set the default printer
Set your default printer in Windows 10.
-
Search Windows for devices, and then click Printers & scanners from the list of results.
-
If it is checked, uncheck the box beside Let Windows manage my default printer.
-
From the list of printers, click the printer name that matches the name of your printer, and then click Manage. If there are multiple names listed, select the printer that has a status of idle or online.
-
Under Manage your device, click Set as default.
-
Try to print.
Keep me posted, how it goes!

Hi.
I have tried everything you advised me to do, even I restored the wireless settings of the printer to factory settings and re-configured it with my Wi-Fi settings. I downloaded HP Doctor and followed literally every step, also, I tried all the solutions suggested by Raj & Senan several times but every time I receive an error message says: Unsuccessful Network Installation. The printer was unable to be installed over the network (please see tye photo attached)
I, also, tried to install the printer using USB cable but I got the same results as I had with the Wireless.
