Hello.    FUN times......we went wireless. have our desktop computer, cell phone and TV all wireless. a few ago I got a laptop. I contiued to get "limited" connection to internet on the laptop.  I called everyone, finally got ahold of Belkin(our router) was on phone with him for 2 hours, finally got my laptop to receive a "connection".  Now, desktop comp, laptop and tV are all working.  I had to change our network name and password.  Simple right?  So again, all is working EXCEPT the printer has gone offline and I cant figure out how to get it back online.  I have already went through a few tutorials, to no avail.  It seems a little bit different that just a regualr offline printer maybe because I changed the network name and password???  I am not understanding why?  What does that have to do with printer?  Can you please advise. Any help or suggestions woudl be great. This has been a week and half ordeal.  I finally get my laptop "connected"...and NOW the printer is insubornate.  GRRRRR.  Thank you:womanvery-happy:

Well yes, you change your SSID and password and all your devices must be reconfigured including your printer.  It does not know how to connect.

Replacing/changing your wireless router, try here.

Make sure your router is set to a fixed wireless channel like 1, 6 or 11, never ‘auto’.  Try each channel one at a time.  Make sure they are at least 5 feet apart.

However if you have a Gateway (modem+router) device, all Gateway devices are terrible for wireless performance and connectivity.   If this does not work, suggest you put that gateway device in full bridge mode and install your own high quality router that YOU have full control over.
