Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My internet connection is through a hotspot (Verizon jetpack). When I click on the WIFi connection for the new HP printer I am immediately disconnected from the Verizon internet connection.

I understand that you are unable to connect wifi using a hotspot.

 

HP will not recommend connecting the using hotspot.

 

Please use the wifi router to connect the printer wirelessly. To get the best connectivity.
