My Hp Officejet 8620 has stopped connecting to the network. The wireless light is flashing. and there is a yellow triangle on the screen by i guess this is the print symbol. the wireless symbol has no error on it. We have two different routers, but it won't connect to either. This just started about a month ago. We have had this printer several years and it worked fine
thanks for your help

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums After reading your post I see that you require assistance with the printer not being found. I will be a delight to assist you here.
Superb analysis and brilliant diagnosis of the issue before posting. 🙂 Kudos to you on that score.:)
For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this:
- When did this issue start?
- Did you do any changes to the printer?
- Are you getting any error message when you try to connect the printer to a wireless connection?
Meanwhile
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor
HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows is a free tool to diagnose and resolve printing and scanning problems.
Click HP Print and Scan Doctor to download it through your Internet browser. Click the file in the browser downloads bar or the folder you saved it in to launch the tool, then follow the on-screen instructions to run the automated troubleshooter.
Connect the printer to the network from the printer control panel
To connect the printer to the wireless network during initial setup, or if the connection drops at a later time, use the Wireless Setup Wizard on the control panel.
Before you begin, move the computer and printer closer to the router, position the devices away from large metal objects such as bookcases, and move away from devices that emit radio signals such as microwaves and cordless phones.
On the printer, select the Setup, Network, or Wireless menu, then select Wireless Setup Wizard. When prompted, select the name of your local network, then follow the on-screen instructions to enter the network password to complete the connection.
Click here and refer the HP document for more assistance.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.
