Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I send a text, webpage, etc. to the printer from my iphone or ipad, the font used is soo large all the item never fits on the page   how do i decrease size

Updating the printer firmware, iOS and then adjusting the font size on your iPad/iPhone may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:

Please ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with it's software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer and Mac software:

Update printer firmware

Update software on iPad/iPhone

Use the steps available here to adjust the font size on your iPad/iPhone and then try to print.
