Your printer's email address is the one you created after having created your HP Connected account OR (possible) it is still the original email address assigned when you first set up your HP Connected accound and your ePrint access.
Regardless, log into your HP Connected account to see your printer's email address and the current setup.
To get started
If your ePrint setup on your printer is not working, you may need to (re)start Web Services

Thank you for your reply and I do understand exactly what you are saying I tried it all, I forgot what the email was when I registered the printer and the printers eprint button just shows off line when you you press it I managed to get online on the pc to hop site and all the settings to find the email address and on the tap where it is supposed to print the details I.e the email address it kept just going to a page that said it’s not safe to proceed, it let me print the network details but just would not print the page I needed. Anyway I thought I would download the Hp smart app on my phone and hey presto when it found the printer it showed the email Address so it’s all sorted now and Alexa is connected. I have a very good knowledge of anything IT so that’s why it was frustrating and I found it very hard to find information on how to find that email address if you hit problem like I did. My pc is a HP pc so has the HP utility page where it looks for updates and checks for errors but even that would not give me the email address.

Ok. It sounds like you managed to resolve your issue (not knowing the email address of the printer).
If you like, save the provided references for another time.
Side Bar (comments only, irrelevant in context)
I would guess "it kept just going to a page that said it’s not safe to proceed" is a result of using the Embedded Web Server (EWS) and the browser not handling the internal (local network) IP setup. As you know, Chrome, in particular, is fussy about these things. One of many articles on the subject: Chrome: Enable/Disable “Not Secure” Warning .
Happy Printing.
