Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Just got my Envy 5052 set up. Works great with my iphone but using my windows 8 laptop, it wont! error message says it was unable to be installed over the network and tryed printing and error message says printer validation error. Any one have same issue? Could it be my Norton antivirus?
