Product: hp deskjet 2630

i cant connect to my printer as i cannot remember the password. i can get the password by using the buttons on the printer but it isnt printing things out. the paper is coming out blank. ive checked the ink levels and they are fine so i dont have a clue whats happening. ive had it for about a year and a half. ive unplugged it and everything. i got a new phone and changed wifi too

I'd like to help.

 

To assist better-

  1. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network,public network or without a router?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  4.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
