HP officejet 6600e all in one
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Just had a new modem/router (all in one piece of equipment) installed. Did printer set up and wifi icon shows connection. But when asked to print I get a message that the printer is not online.  Am I missing a step? All other equipment appears to be working normally. Test print request shows printer is working.

Thanks!! I ended up uninstalling the printer and going to the HP site and downloading its drivers and reinstalling it. Knock on wood - it is now working normally. You guys are great!!

After a cycling power outage, my HP 6500A Plus  has stopped printing black.   I have changed cartidges, cleaned screen with alcohol, and reset the printer in accordance with on line instructions,   and it still refuses to print.  What next?
