Printing blocked on android phone due to bad certificate. I've reset web services. What am I missing?

I understand you're experiencing an issue with printing from your android phone to the printer.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
A) Perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.
C) Uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the devices.
D) Install the printer software by clicking on the link again and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
E) If the issue still persists, refer to the below steps to further troubleshoot.
Step 1: Update the HP Smart App
- Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
- Search for the HP Smart app.
- Check if an update is available and install it.
Step 2: Clear App Cache (Optional)
- Go to Settings > Apps > HP Smart on your Android phone.
- Tap Storage & Cache and then Clear Cache.
- Relaunch the app and try printing again.
Step 3: Check Printer and Network Settings
Enable Secure Web Access on Printer:
- Access the printer’s Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Print a network configuration page from the printer to find its IP address.
- Enter the printer's IP address into a web browser on the same network.
- Look for Web Services, HTTPS, or Security settings.
- Enable HTTPS or renew the printer’s certificate.
Update the Certificate:
- Navigate to Settings > Network > Security in the EWS.
- Generate a new self-signed certificate or import a trusted certificate.
Step 4: Restore factory defaults
Refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults and let me know if that resolves the issue.
