I have an iPhone 8 and am trying to print a document in a text sent to me but my HP photosmart printer is printing it is  4.5 x 6 borderless. I can print from my email and it prints normal. I have never had any trouble printing from a text before. any  ideas? I can not find a phone number for HP support.  thanks so much!!

Hi,

Could you please let us know your printer model?

 

In the meantime, please reload the paper into the printer tray and evaluate the screen, if you see any paper size and type prompt, ensure the correct size and type are listed or follow the prompts on the screen to change it.
