We were experiencing problems with our printer, we unloaded it from the laptop, then reloaded, went through the set up process, printer is loaded, but when I click on the printer icon, it states printer needs to set up....have done this 3 times, and gone back to the start 3 times.....we have some important documents to print.....how can i get the printer up and running again??
