Welcome to HP Support Community!
It sounds like a a connection issue with web services. Let's try these steps:
Please ensure the printer is up-to-date with its firmware. If you are unsure, you may use the steps available here to update the printer.
Click on this link to download the printer firmware from our HP support website, using this link. (Please select the correct Operating system before downloading and installing the firmware update for the printer).
Once you are up-to-date with the firmware, please set a manual IP address and manual DNS servers for the printer. The steps on how to set a manual IP address can be found here.
For the DNS servers please use 8.8.8.8 for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and 8.8.4.4. for the Alternate DNS server. These are Google’s public DNS servers.
