My HP Envy 6200 is not printing consistently. It has responded to print instructions from my husband's Lenovo laptop (a PC) as well as from my Mac laptop (OS Catalina).
Error messages: "Connect printer to update HP instant ink status." (HP Website says ink levels are good.)
"Printer could not run web access test." (What does this mean??)
Clue: We have just installed Spectrum internet (previously AT&T, which is not yet disabled). I don't know where to find printer settings, where I could enter the internet provider.

@MimiJZ, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Resetting the printer network settings and then reconnecting the printer back to the network may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:
1.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.
2.) Restart your printer, from the printer control panel, touch "Setup". Touch 'Network Setup", touch "Restore Defaults".
3.) Power off your printer
4.) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.
5.) Power on your printer.
6.) On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon , and then touch the Wireless Menu icon
.
7) Touch Wireless Settings, then touch Wireless Setup Wizard. Select your network name from the list of available networks. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the printer to your home WiFi.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

HP Envy bought in Jan 2019. Since then it has reliably printed from my Mac and from husband's PC. But in recent weeks, one or the other of our computers would not print. Last week we changed our internet--new modem/ router, etc. Thanks to clear instructions from TEJ1602, the printer settings now recognize the router and my Mac will print. Alas, now Owen's Lenovo PC says the internet is offline, so HP won't print for him. (The reverse was happening a few weeks ago.) Would like to return to seamless printing from 2 computers.
