We have been using the HP Eprintcenter to remotely print docs to Mom's printer. We had always used the email address HP assigned via Eprintercenter and the docs would print out fine on her end. We print from Apple iphones and Windows laptops.
Currently we cannot print remotely. Sending from my iphone gets an error on Mom's printer that the wireless is not on and a request to enter the proxy.
The wireless is on (not direct wireless) and it works fine locally anyway. Asking the printer if all is updated, it says all is.
Print a doc from a laptop to the HP eprint and we're told it was sent successfully to the HP email. Next we log into the HP Eprintcenter, we don't see any thing in the Eprint history.
Not sure where are docs go, but they don't print.
What are we missing. Validations seem fine. Emails match. Don't know about the proxy.

Hi,
You need new firmware for it. Please download and install the following firmware:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps7520/PS_7520_R1607A.exe
