Are you able to make a copy from the printer?
Are you using a PC or a cellular device to print?
Ensure papers are loaded correctly and the correct paper size & paper type are selected on the printer.
To verify, open and close the paper tray on the printer and you would get a notification on the printer. Validate the paper settings and if required, select the correct paper size & type and check if you can print/copy.
Sometimes this issue can occur if the device does not receive adequate power when connected to a surge protector.
Try connecting the printer into a direct power outlet and try printing again.
If you still continue to face the same issue, verify if the issue is same when you make a copy.
