Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Can i use both USB and Wireless on my new Office Jet 6978 at the same time.  If yes, please help me with instructions.

Yes. But you have to choose one when install on a computer.

For example, you can install on one computer with an USB connection, and laptop or tablet can use wireless.
