OK, do you see the picture when you open it?
This does not make sense... If you can print text files, you should be able to print pictures too.
Again, be sure you are choosing files that have been unpacked by WinZip, and not looking inside the compressed files.
Test the photo printing by choosing a simple sample photo - one not part of your compressed set.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Can you clarify your question a bit? Can we assume you have properly installed the printer to your PC?
Are you unsure how to print a picture from your computer? Depending on the app you use, you just select and view the picture you wish to print, then look for the "Print" option.
Any files that are zipped (compressed) will have to be unzipped first. You may need to download a copy of the cloud stored files to your computer, unzip them, then print.

I am using Windows 7; The printer is connected wirelessly; It is installed and I am able to print everything else from the computer; as to which software I am using to print, I am unsure. I downloaded the files with win-zip and I am trying to print using whatever software is in Windows 7

Still don't understand your issue! Are you getting an error message? Or just confused as how to open a picture file? If you unzipped the files to your computer, be sure you are looking in the folder where the WinZip program extracted the files to...
Use Windows Explorer to open the picture file(s). Double-left click on the picture you wish to print. It will use whatever Photo Viewer that has been set to default for picture file types to open the file.
Windows Photo Viewer has an obvious "Print" selector button. Other apps may have you choose "File", then "Print".
Be advised - when printing photos, it's always best to use "Photo Paper" instead of the usual ream of "copy paper". This will produce print-outs that look like photographs.

sorry to have bothered you. I press both print in the program and control p. I says printing but the que is empty and there is no picture. This seems like it was set up only for mobile printing and not for a direct pc print
